He addressed a wide range of technical issues, including software installations, VPN problems, and BSOD errors, along with general troubleshooting. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He has strong technical skills, particularly with the Windows operating system, and is highly proficient in troubleshooting issues related to both Windows and Microsoft Office. Although his experience with the Mac operating system is limited, he excels in managing Windows-related tasks and resolving technical problems. 3.Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
