| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has over all 6 years of experience as a SCM functional Consultant and project management specialized in Microsoft Dynamics. He holds an MBA in Operations Management and began his career as an Odoo Functional Consultant. After a year working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, he transitioned to a career focused solely on Dynamics. His expertise is primarily in Supply Chain Management, though he also has strong financial knowledge. He has led four end-to-end implementation projects and numerous partial and support projects. Having worked with clients in the US, Qatar, and Dubai, he moved to Dubai two years ago and has advanced from Junior to Senior Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant, he has experience managing project teams of 10 to 20 people and currently leads a team of juniors and technical resources. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills are in two supply chain management modules. These modules cover product management, procurement, sales, distribution, inventory management, master planning, warehouse management, and transportation management. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has been experienced for over 6 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
