He graduated from XXXX, after serving his military service, he joined XXXX as an IT Professional where he was providing level 1 and 2 support for IT systems and services. After 2 years, he joined XXXX as an IT Help Desk Administrator where he mostly did hardware/software maintenance of HIS, technical support for user’s PC and other devices, and all IT equipment in general. He is currently with XXXX as a Network Engineer where he is supporting the staff and company users as well as networking devices and third parties; they are using a ticketing tool to provide user support and even do it remotely sometimes. They also do installation and maintenance onsite for some devices and support backup systems as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be networking itself since he has been doing this for several years now and is certified with this as well. He is good with configuration and installation/adjustment of switches, router devices, and other IT equipment. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 5+ years of experience doing IT support and network engineering. Strong with troubleshooting and networking concepts as well since he has been doing this for several years now, he’s a CCNA holder and Microsoft Azure AZ900 holder as well.
