Recently, he spearheaded the launch of a mobile app with loyalty features integrated into D365. He also handles e-commerce integrations, hospitality data for three UAE restaurants, and various data and text management integrations, including modules and connections with platforms like Shopify and HR systems. He is currently focused on project management and system oversight with his in-house team. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His main expertise is in Dynamics systems, from version 4.0 to D365. He has been working with the system since 2008 and has seen many changes, including the introduction of modules and task management features that were initially unavailable but later incorporated into the system.
