His first job in Dubai was with XXXX as a Desktop Support Engineer where he is responsible for troubleshooting, remote support, email access, email creations, and other activities including being involved with conference meetings, Active Directory, and create/resolve tickets as well day by day. He is also experienced working with MacBook systems, laptops, printers, and sometimes do stuff on the corporate side such as handling meetings both online and onsite. After that, he moved to XXXX as an IT Support Engineer contractually where they are supporting different issues such as LAN network, cable issues, and resolving tickets as well for laptop, desktop, Outlook, Office 365 products, application installation, printers, POS machines, and L1, L2 support. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be end user support and troubleshooting so those will be his strongest skills so far as an IT Support Engineer. He can do desktop support side and IT helpdesk side as well since he has been doing this since he started his career. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry, considers himself strong with troubleshooting since he has been doing support for 5+ years now. Also is knowledgeable with networking but has done this for several years ago so might need to refresh his knowledge about it. |
