He possesses a strong foundation in IT hardware networking. He holds certifications in BC common sense, AMC, CNN deployment, hardware networking, MCTS, CCNA, and MCP. He recently began pursuing an ITA certification. With over 12 years of experience in IT hardware networking, he has worked in India for more than four years and the UAE for over seven years across four different companies. Currently, he works as an IT support engineer at a school, having previously held a similar role in a group setting. For the past seven years, he has honed his skills in Level 1 support, including desktop support. This involves assisting users with issues such as laptop software (Outlook, Teams, printers, OS), Wi-Fi connectivity, domain joining and movement, email creation, application pinning, and CCTV support.
