He has around 6+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer where his main responsibilities are attending the incidents and service request whichever is coming from their ticketing tools, end-users, and Outlook issues as well. He is also working with desktop-related issues, log in domain issues, and group policy issues, network-related issues as well. His job’s ecosystem is supporting incidents, service requests related to installation of operating systems, printers, upgrading of hardware in desktop/laptop as well. He is currently working with XXXX as an IT Support Engineer and is also with XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be installation of operating systems, upgrading of both hardware/software peripherals, Active Directory, learning Azure and cybersecurity as well. He is also good with doing desktop support including Windows, Mac, laptops such as Dell, and printers as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
