He has 7+ years of experience in doing IT support engineering and has mastered in computer application, also a certified CCNA. He is currently working in XXXX as an IT Support Engineer where he is providing L1 and L3 support, like end-user support, Windows administration, creating user accounts, remote support, and handling tickets; installation of software/hardware is also included in his responsibilities. He started off as a Desktop Support Engineer for XXXX where he provided relevant support to some hospitals, cleaning, hotels, and so on. After that, he joined XXXX where he provided L2 support including installations of server configuration of PDS, DNS, DHCP, APN connectivity, remote desktop support, etc. After that he moved to XXXX where he provided both L1, L2 support to end-users, he also did here the same as his previous role such as installation of software/hardware updates, patching, cable crimping, installation of network devices like switches, access points, biometric scanners, network windows, etc..
