| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently an IT Support Engineer for XXXX where he is working on both hardware and software side. For the software part, they are having a main program for a digital company’s employees, they are mostly artists so they are using Adobe Illustrator, they are supporting them in both hybrid/remote setup. They are also in charge of software licenses, Active Directory and uses their ticketing system, ServiceNow, to access and assist their employees regarding their problems especially those who are working from home in which they have deployed almost 30 PCs, laptops, for their home setup. Before that, he was with XXXX where he mostly supported remote accounts as well in both MacOS and Windows. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be IT support in general since he has been doing this along with being a helpdesk for many years now. For the tools, he has mostly used ServiceNow for the ticketing tool and is knowledgeable enough with active directory as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has overall experience of about 3 years in doing IT support and has started off as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. He is good with troubleshooting as well and can easily solve problems; in terms of networking, he also has knowledge with networking systems and IP concepts but he’s mostly focused on hardware/software troubleshooting. |
