Has done several diplomas in Computer Systems Development and has almost 8 years of experience in the IT industry from which 6+ years is in Sri Lanka and 1.5+ years in Dubai, UAE. When he went to UAE, he started off as a Junior OPS/IT Administrator where he was handling Linux kernel operating system and responsible for monitoring and maintaining networks and servers. After that, moved to XXXX as an IT Administrator but due to visa issues, he moved to XXXX as an IT Support and Helpdesk where he is in charge of checking the users complains in their ticketing software; issues includes audio problems, Outlook/OneDrive issues, and some hardware issue. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his great ability to troubleshoot; he can fix or solve any issues as soon as possible. He also has a strong urge in completing his works on time. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
