| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Initially graduated from the Engineering background way back 2014 and joined XXXX as an Analyst where he worked as a Service Desk professional providing support to several clients. After that, joined XXXX as a Java Software Developer for several months then he joined XXXX as a Delivery Specialist where he handled access management related issues and provide level 1 of access management; also involved with Active Director, email access, shared folder access, and supported multiple clients from Canada, US, and European region. After that, he switched to XXXX as a Senior Associate where he worked on mainframe stuff such as Linux and Unix-related systems, did Windows support as well and handled a major gaming and hotel industry client. He has managed their properties in terms of access, network-related and printer-related issues, and various systems as well. He was also a Senior IT Professional until 2023 where he again provided first and second line technical support and handled basic stuff including user authentication stuff, shared drivers/folders, and security stuff as well. Since then, he is upskilling himself and taking on online certifications. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be IT infrastructure since this is the field/industry he has been since he started his career. He has good problem-solving skills and customer support skills as well; good with understanding the issues of his clients, drill them down, and resolve issues them as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has close to 7 years of experience doing IT support in different titles. Most of his previous experiences are in the IT support area for different clients such as gaming, hotel, and others. Has good grasp of networking systems and troubleshooting; knowledgeable of IP network concepts. Currently in India for some personal matters but will travel back to Dubai very soon and has dependent visa from his wife. |
