Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Graduated with B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in XXXX. While in university, she was a Data Analyst Internship for XXXX where she used to run Python scripts and generate the plots to create reports and presentations for her managers. After that, did another internship at XXXX as an Android Developer Intern where she was responsible for developing android applications using Java and Kotlin on Android Studio; developing both frontend and backend, fixing bugs, and testing the applications as well. After graduating, she worked at XXXX where she was an IT Intern and worked on Microsoft Cloud Platform including PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate. She then worked in XXXX as an IT Officer where they are responsible for handling network and infrastructure stuff, servers, devices, setting up firewalls, and everything. They also provide IT support to staff, students, and parents; also for MIS-related stuff, managing the records and data for the school. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be problem solving since she loves to solve problems and try to find out solutions to solve it; she applies this even during in coding: debugging the code, finding errors, and figuring out how to resolve it. Good with analytical thinking as well, analysing bunch of data to provide insights to non-technical people. Also great with communicating to people and trying to get what they want and need. In terms of technical side, she’s good with Python, C/C++, Java, Kotlin, and SQL as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
