He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and has several certifications as well such as CISM and ITIL. In the past few years, he has focused on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and his last role was with XXXX as an IT Infrastructure Manager, he was responsible there for overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies aligning with their business objectives. He also helped managed the whole IT infrastructure of the company, ensuring the availability and security of critical systems and data; he was assisting in managing a team of IT specialists that coordinated their projects related to software development, network management, and system upgrades for operational improvements within the pharmaceutical space, working with big pharma companies in the Middle East region. Additionally, he also was involved with maintaining vendor relationships, manage budgets, and ensure compliance of their IT initiatives. Before this role, he was an IT Support Specialist for XXXX wherein he was mostly working on medical, healthcare, and some pharmaceutical systems as well. He was responsible there for supporting their IT infrastructure, cloud services, and did IT support services as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
