| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has completed his Btech in XXXX in Pakistan. He has around 8 years of experience in telecommunication as well as in IT field. His first job was with XXXX as a Technical Assistant where he worked and maintained mostly IT operations. After that, he joined XXXX as a Customer Premises Associate at first and later on he was promoted as an Assistant Engineer for IT & Telecom where he is also working closely with his manager with deployments and other stuff such as CCTV installations, firewalls and switches, and other IT related tasks. He went to Dubai last 2022 and joined XXXX as an IT Engineer where he was responsible for supporting both hardware/software in their office, resolve issues remotely, manage physical interventions, and also handle all their assets. He is also the one responsible for purchase of building materials like servers, network cables, CCTVs, copier machines, printers, network setup, internet connection, and such. He also has hands-on experience with laptop/PC repairs and part replacement. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be networking and handling CCTVs in general since he has been doing this for several years now. His expertise also lies within doing help desk support, networking hardware supports, CCTV ID PBX, purchasing asset management, and firewall management as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has around 10 years of accumulated experience in telecoms and IT. He has great experience with IT support and help desk since this is what he has been doing since the start of his career.
