In Iraq, he demonstrated strong leadership as a Senior IT Engineer. In Qatar, he progressed from student manager (IT) to Branch Manager. He then moved to his current job as an IT support in Hospital. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strengths lie in IT infrastructure and support. He holds Microsoft MCSE certifications and recently completed ITIL in March. With over 15 years of experience, he possesses a deep understanding of IT asset management and related procedures. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has extensive experience in IT role, during his experience in airline cargo he was an IT support for over six years with the US and UK armies. He managed a $36 million project, which involved hiring support engineers, managing four locations in India, and providing comprehensive IT support. Later in Qatar, he is managing network systems and IT functions. Currently, he is the sole IT support for a multi-specialty hospital, overseeing over 700 desktops, 60+ laptops, 500+ cameras, and various IT assets. His responsibilities include managing IT audits, software licensing, Zoom meetings, team communication platforms, antivirus updates, email systems, and IT maintenance contracts.
