He has over 10 years of IT experience, he began his career as an IT admin at a German multinational company with a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Based in Dubai, the company operates a data center with 57 application servers and employs around 260 people across Dubai and 11 other countries. Reporting to the CFO and regional IT manager, he started in user support before moving to server management and security. He has successfully completed 12 major projects, including implementing a ticketing service for user issues, in collaboration with Allison groups. He began his career in this field and became an infrastructure manager at XXXX from year 2020. He migrated their infrastructure to the cloud-based Office 365 platform and now leads a team of engineers supporting nine major sites, including Denmark and Dubai. He oversees Office 365 management, including document systems, security firewalls, and user support, with his team providing weekly updates and collaborating on projects. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
