He is originally from Jordan but has moved to Canada and has citizenship there. He graduated last 2008 and has worked for XXXX for the XXXX where he was their Head of Branch and Technical Support Team Lead; he was in charge there for the whole IT department of many field such as the managed computers, software, systems, and servers as well. After that, he moved to Canada last 2018 and joined XXXX as a Technical Dress Rehearsal and Device Tester where he was in charge of executing test scripts and managed device configurations such as printers across multiple clinical settings within the area. He has also provided critical support for technical and business readiness initiatives within their projects. He also was a Deployment Technician for XXXX where he was responsible for installation and servicing PC hardware and administrative tasks as well for them. His last role was with XXXX as a Configuration Technician Specialist where he has configured thousands of devices such as laptops, tablets, desktops, and other devices.
