She has about 4 years of experience in the IT sector and started off as a Jr. PHP Developer for XXXX where she managed development and implementation of some web applications. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Technical Support Engineer where they managed the ISP of network, did system upgrades, installation, and configurations as well. Her last role was with XXXX as a Technical Support Specialist where they managed a Singaporean bank’s applications such as email, SMS, and voice channels. She was mainly responsible there for providing log analysis for client’s issues; they also need to do troubleshooting quite a lot, support in productions and any UAT activities. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be troubleshooting and strong analysis with issues. During her software developer time, she’s good with web servers and database stuff including SQL Management Server.
