He has over 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a developer and support Specialist. Starting his career in 2015 in Egypt, he initially worked as a network developer on big data projects for electrical companies. He then transitioned to Dynamics 365 CRM, working on-premise for corporate clients such as hospitals, banks, and schools. His experience extends to Saudi Arabia, where he managed processes for CCITC and developed a flight subscription system using Dynamics 365 CRM online. Currently, he works with clients in London and Abu Dhabi, managing the Raven Housing real estate system in London and overseeing an approval process for the Department of Energy in Abu Dhabi. Since 2022, he has been with XXXX in Dubai, working on RTA projects including the electronic Bill Qualification System and a subscription system for consultants and contractors, both utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
