With more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry. He said that he had an experience working for the IT support and some network related roles in his previous jobs. He started his career in a call center for its IT department and his responsibilities are to manage and to give the support to the customer or their client in the call center which are related to email, calls, outlook, and software configurations. He also does the desktop maintenance and after that, he worked in his current company as an IT engineer creating and maintaining the network and give support to the user, do some upgrades, and diagnose some issues in the network as well. |
