With more than 6 years of overall experience working in the IT industry. He is currently working as an IT engineer. He said that he started his career as an IT helpdesk and IT admin, he also had an experience being an IT lead. He helped in terms of the installations of the printers and checked about the installation purpose and do the normal documentations and all. He was also tasks with the direct global customers and was taking or handling the inbound calls, escalations for outbound calls and emails. He also said that he was handling the tickets that are related to the hardware and software. |
| 2. What skills / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the list of criteria’s according to the client’s requirements? He has a good skill in terms of supporting for both hardware and software issues. He is also good in mentoring or handling people and helping them when they are facing work related problems especially with the tickets. He is also good in maintaining the KPI’s, performance, and the team building. With knowledge in AWS and Linux and planning to take the certification for AWS as well to upgrade his skills. |
