| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has been in the gaming industry for about 13 years now. Started their business called XXXX as a Game Developer where he was responsible for game design/development for special children and such. After some time, he worked with XXXas a Unity3D Game Development for US school-based games for special children again and creating reports as well on the children’s behaviour and response. He has worked on shooting games, idle games, and casual games. He also was with XXXX as a Senior Game Developer and then went to Dubai as a Senior Game Developer for XXXX; he is involved here in cycling real-time app/game where you can play with large number of players together. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be good on building the whole team; he’s involved with the hiring process (final stages) and has strong idea of the game industry in terms of the person they can work with, they can acquire, and which people they need to grow the project. Good with Unity, C#, Unreal, C++, and databases as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Can handle product/project management and also a very technical guy in terms of game development. Has good experience with full game development cycle from concept, design, development, and publishing. He is keen to work on 4X games as well professionally. |
