| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has overall 14 years of experience in software development; he started off as a mobile developer for almost a year then jumped onto web services development in Java as well for a couple of years. After that, he moved to frontend development since 2014 and has been using latest libraries and frameworks including React, Angular, along with Redux and NgRx. He has worked on several startup companies so he’s experienced with writing codes up to sending it to production. He has been in the UAE for 4.5 years and was previously with XXXX as a Software Engineer for Frontend where he was involved with the maintenance of existing applications used for managing their secured mobile devices, support their dashboard portals which was all written in Angular 8; he also fixed some bugs there and extended features for the existing applications. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be frontend development especially using React and Angular since he has adapted these technologies in the early stage and have delivered lots of applications already for clients using these two. He also has great experience with Node.js and has used this for one of his projects in previous company; he used this to call ElasticSearch, get data, and display it to dashboards. 3.
