| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has a wide technical expertise. In the last 5 or 6 years focusing more on backend development, Python development mostly. He has experience in using NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, and Machine Learning types of projects. In backend development services, he mostly uses Python and microservices. When he was with XXXX, he was assigned for the backend services like interference neural networks and intents detection of one’s voice. He developed AI models there that went to production. He also developed C++ voice activity detection when he was with XXXX. Then he moved to XXXX, it is a startup in California, but now currently resides in New York. He was assigned for the assurance for data pipelines example Snowflake. He also developed more interesting things like parsing of the SQL with Python and worked with integration of third-party systems. Then when he was with XXXX, a financial company, it is based on the blockchain and web3 governments. He worked there for a year as a full time. Then he moved to Dubai, to work for a cybersecurity company. He worked with python and various tools, which is cybersecurity tools. In the past he was working with C++ for like 40%, but now he is working with C++ projects for 80% of the time now. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He specializes in backend, especially in Python, Typescript, and JavaScript backend as well. He has no specific specialty in programming because he has a wide expertise and can specialize in a lot of things because of his journey for 17 years in his career. But currently he specializes in the backend because of his current job. 3. Do you have list/s of key criteria that the client needs? If so can you tell me more? He has used Java and C# for a long time, and he has been working with Java for 10 years for backend, UI, and android applications projects as well. For C#, he has not used it in the enterprise, but he has been coding with it a little bit but also a long time ago. Mostly, he uses C# for coding games using Unity and C# is for optimization of the game. For the networking protocols, he has experience in TCP/IP, UDP, sockets and he knows how it works and how it functions very well. |
