He has Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Information Technology. His recent role was with XXXX Ltd as an IT Executive where he was responsible for supporting five companies in three countries: Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia. He was their main point of contacts when they need to change request with their ERP Microsoft Dynamics; he was also supporting users from their issues including computer troubleshooting, application issues, and managed their tickets as well. In this job, he is also involved in any network configuration, connectivity, and any escalation that is required. He also used to prepare training to guide and train users with their enterprise applications. He also has experience with regression testing and did server management as well. Before this, he was an IT Officer for XXXX and a Systems Support Engineer for XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his easy-going skills since he has been working with lots of users and different teams as well. He is also good with problem-solving and whenever there are any issues, he makes sure to solve it permanently, also good with coming up with workaround solutions for every problem. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is good with System Support/Enterprise System Support since he has worked with ASP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and any other point of sales application.
