| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is a full stack developer for about 4 years now in different companies and tech stack. He started off with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where he built the whole application with React Native, and also was involved in building the backend for that. After that, he worked for XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where he worked on their ecommerce application with 60k, he worked there using React, React Native, Node.js, Express.js, and all those technologies as well. Recently, he joined XXXX as one of the founding members/developer, they are working on evaluation of crypto-based ecommerce platform where he helped built couple of projects; they initially built a team of web developers and later on Android development team as well. He is involved in scrum meetings, scheduling tasks, allotting tasks to the developers, and taking over the frontend development of their website himself; also is in charge of overseeing the deployment of their applications. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be front end development and taking up lead positions as well. In terms of his tech stack, he is proficient with full stack technologies including React, Node.js, Java, MERN Stack, and GraphQL as well. He is great with APIs as well and is into the Web3 space for the recent years. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has been in the software development space for almost 4 years and is currently in the space of blockchain, AI, web3 ecosystems, smart contracts, and such. Strong hands-on experience with backend frameworks including RESTful APIs and frontend including JavaScript and UI/UX as well. He is willing to learn more about AI image generator frameworks and models, has solid technical leadership experience and recently managed about 12 developers. He also has experience in startups and is currently a founding member/developer for XXXX. |
