Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He graduated last 2021 at XXXX as an Information Technology student, where he secured first class honors due to which, he got a government grant of golden visa. He started working in a company called XXXX. He started of there as an intern, then he started off as a Technical Support Specialist in the internal product support department and his role there in the business was to help different hospitals in Dubai that uses the healthcare information system. Based on client reports, he would peek into the code at different levels at the application level. At the server level, and even in Linux issues and configuration issues. He was working with data in the hospital, doing data updates, uploads, extracts, and even data fixes in case they entered incorrect information. The company he worked with had their own programming language called Objectscript language, it is almost like java or C#. He would also develop SQL scripts as well. Then he joined the company called XXXX, it is an app development company. It was a short-term contract, and he mainly worked with C++ and Qt framework, and it utilizes Javascript for the framework. He was mainly working with android development side, developing UI, developing bug fixes and features. Then he is now currently working in XXXX, where the company is based in UK and he worked on different projects for different lines like Coca-Cola, Circle, Unilabs, etc. This was more a project-based company where he would work with a project manager. He also did a little bit of DevOps, mainly for deployments and worked with 10 projects. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He is very adaptable when it comes to his working experience. He worked with new tech for him in the past and he prioritizes which one is the most helpful one that he needs to learn first to learn faster. He is also very resourceful where he takes a lot of notes and document a lot of things in case, he can assist his colleagues or he can provide them some information that might assist them with their project as well. His strongest programming language is JavaScript because he worked with it the longest and he is familiar with different kinds of framework like React, Node, Express. The second one would be C# because he worked with it the longest as well next to JavaScript. He worked with SQL as well by creating complex queries. As well as with Java, C++, and Python. |
