| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has 11 years of work experience right now in the industry. He worked across multiple domains like retail, banking etc. He has very good experience with JavaScript, jQuery, angular, and react. He is also experienced micro-UI and bootstrap. In interfaces as well in the backend, he knows how to use node.js and express.js. For his previous organizations, currently, he is part of XXXX as a senior technician, leading a team of seven developers and their client is XXXX. He is currently working for them in the banking domain, so he is part of the customer portal, which normally handles the customer interaction with the mobile application and the web application as well for doing transactions and getting statements. For those projects he is using React and Typescript, but they have a custom library that’s build on top of materialized called lead framework. For the database, they are using MongoDB as the database. This project is a development chapter where they are developing new features and enhancements following Agile technology and that’s a biweekly Sprint and as a lead, he participates regularly in the ATL ceremony. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He specializes in frontend development since he is continuously working with it for 7 years. After that, he switches to full stack, and he uses node.js and express for 4 years.
