| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been working in the advanced data analytics and data sciences industry for the last 7-8 years. He has joined XXXX about a year ago now when he relocated to UAE from India, in this company he works closely with the revenue management team in the finance segment, he helps them with budget preparations, forecasting machine learning, and also help with competitor analytics by getting competitor prices and doing analysis on them. He recently was involved in the customer analytics team as well which basically helps in doing a customized promo strategy for customers. On top of that, he is also a subject matter expert with Triple M modelling in calculating the ROI and return on ad spend. Previously in India, he’s helping their team to evaluate the vendors and reselect a good vendor for them; he was leading a team of 10 people in India in the same space of analytics. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be advanced analytics since he has been doing this for many years now. In terms of the technologies and tools that he mostly use on a daily basis, he’s proficient with Azure platform including data factory, databricks, machine learning, Python, and PySpark for big data as well. |
