He is currently as a Senior Technical Engagement Manager with XXXX where he is managing quite lots of projects; currently they have 2 applications running, 9 websites running, and he’s managing all of these projects while checking the team progress as well. He’s also responsible with their stakeholders and clients. Before this, he was a Product Owner and Senior Developer for XXXX where he migrated the company’s home built CMS from Classic ASP to ASP.NET and build a Product Management System for them. He started off as a Product Owner and Web Developer for XXXX where he worked for around 5 years. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be programming regardless of language; as a senior developer, he is more keen in developing the product architecture for their projects, find solutions to their problems, and of course come up with syntax to use. He is currently working with NextJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS as a full stack application; he has really good communication skills as well that he can understand what their clients requires in their project, good with talking to clients and extracting requirements. Can translate this business requirements into technical language as well for his team to understand. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He is looking for Senior Engagement Manager roles/position involving Project management. He is good with client communication, requirement gathering, and managing tasks/teams.
