For the past 2 years, he has been working with XXXX wearing multiple hats since they are a startup, his last role there is the Head of IT Service Management where he has been setting up the tech operations department for the organization including command center, set up service desk, home monitoring aspects, IT service management, policies, governance, compliance, and reviews. Before that, he was in the aviation industry and worked for their agile transformation and helped them transformed from waterfall to agile. He did program/project management also delivery management there; he’s well versed with the full end agile methodologies and also was involved with lots of agile transformation journey for his past 16 years in the aviation industry. He started off as a System Analyst/Programmer for XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be IT Service Management, looking after the IT service department and very good with change management process as well. He’s excellent with agile transformations as well and can fit very well into governance aspect in setting up organizations. |
