Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in the crypto space since 2015 and his expertise revolves around operations and business development. He started initially with XXXX as their Product and Operational Director, that’s his own startup as well; he was involved there in doing their own products, selling them on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and covered everything from operations, legal, marketing, production, and business development. After that, he moved full time to Crypto and launched their own NFT collections and studio called XXXX where they helped other creators with art and community building. Also started his own project which is an NFT marketplace called XXXX where he worked for cryptocurrency exchange and worked together with sourcing for leads, listing them on exchange, and connecting with different affiliates; he was responsible there as well for the development of Web3 ecosystem including wallet and swap exchange. Currently, he is the Chief Business Development Officer for XXXX where he coordinated with marketing activities, have more than 800 leads currently, and did strategic partnerships with more than 40 projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be the finding leads, building idea flow, closing deals, building partnerships, and market analytics as well since he believes these are all essential for him in identifying the best partners in the industry.
