| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has about 10 years of experience including 5-6 years in AI and Machine Learning with expertise of Computer Vision, NLP, and GenAI. He began his career after his graduation last 2019 and joined XXXX as a Computer Vision Engineer where he successfully created computer vision projects/programs such as face recognition, people accounting, human activity recognition, and such. After that, he joined XXXX as an AI Engineer where was involved more with machine learning, chatbot, and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau; they created a chatbot in that company mostly for their employees like marketing, trend predictions, and sell predictions; also doing sales counting, PowerBI dashboards, and financial summaries. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Principal AI Engineer and Data Scientist where he’s responsible for collecting information from their clients, convert them into technical requirements, and finding the best models to use for that particular problem. He also has worked with lots of GenAI solutions and Python-based APIs, as well as building feature engineering pipelines, deployment of AI models, and optimizing model inferences. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be AI modules such as computer vision, Generative AI, NLPs, and BI tools such as PowerBI; he has been working with these for more than 10 years now. In terms of tech stack, he’s mostly using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI Engine as well as Python, proficient with OpenCV. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has more than 10 years of experience in the software engineering/architecture and has 5-6 years of focus in AI and ML related projects. He is quite knowledgeable with data modelling, data warehousing, and lakes as well; together with ETL pipelines. Also has been using Rest APIs and microservices for payment architecture.
