Currently, he’s a Lead Software Developer for XXXX where he manages the teams, ensuring communication with clients directly, handle their issues with the development team, work closely with the design team, and also lead the completion of their products as well. They are also mostly following the Agile method for software development and code review. He has been with this company since he started his career and also did internship with them. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be mostly Angular, React for the frontend side and Express.js, Node.js for the backend side. Basically he is proficient with frontend technologies and JavaScript libraries since he has been using them for the past 4 years. 3.
