He’s been working with a practical for the last 12 years now, with different roles. He started as a sales associate, then became an area sales manager, and he’s an account manager. Currently, he’s associated with a case team at XXXX, working as a regional sales manager. Here, they deal with a product called HMS, which manages medical systems for clinics, hospitals, and various other segments. They oversee the complete operations of any hospital or medical system. One of their products, Insta, provides numerous options for efficient communication and management. He’s been involved with this product and has a target for the year of 4,000,000 SAR.They’ve successfully closed deals with XXXX and XXXX, among others, in the past year.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
For the past 12 years, he has developed a majority of his skills in field sales. His personality allows him to effectively coordinate with customers and his internal team. This ensures complete confidence is delivered to the customers, and any necessary communication is relayed to his team for providing solutions. He believes this is a major learning from his experience over the last three years, where his understanding of customer requirements has significantly improved. This ability to communicate customer needs to his team is crucial for organizational success. He rates himself a 3.5 out of five. As he says there are so many experiences in sales, it is not one particular experience that he learns and just continues with; it’s always a day-to-day activity and always learning.
