| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently working with XXXX for one of its clients in oil industry where his main job duties are working with different stakeholders like client business analyst and all the others who are involved in the phases of software development for project delivery. He ensures that all the quality metrics are met; the main projects he’s working with are mainly web projects including web application, corresponding workflow application and some reporting dashboards. He also works closely in the requirement analysis phase so he’s close with business analysts and customer to product a software requirement specification up to the design and development stage. Before this, he used to work for a bank in Saudi where he did four years with developing web projects. He started his career for a fintech company based in Pakistan where his clients are from North Africa, their product was a stored Value Card product and he was involved in that too. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project planning, estimations, scheduling, and scope/risk management. He’s also good with software, system, and infrastructure design since he has been dealing with this since the start of his career. In terms of the technologies, he’s good with Java 8 & 11, JavaScript, Microservices, and such. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 14+ years of experience in full stack development, has strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL Servers. Also has great knowledge and experience with being in the banking and fintech domain since he has done this in his previous roles.
