| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently a Software Engineer Lead for XXXX where he is handling their back-office project for banks in Saudi Arabia. He is working with full stack technologies such as Spring Boot and Angular, currently leading a team of four including tester and project manager. Basically, his role here is to deliver a systems and handle everything about permissions. In the technical perspective, he’s still involved with coding, reviewing codes, checking cases, taking meeting with stakeholders, and solve any obstacles to achieve the stories that they want to deliver. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java backend as well as .Net development. He has been using Java Spring Boot for about 4+ years now and can rate himself a 3-4 out of 5 when it comes to that, for .Net development, he can rate himself a perfect score of 5 out of 5. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has around 8+ years of experience in the software development industry and has experience with both Java and Spring Boot, also great with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. On the front end side, he’s mostly using Angular. He is currently working with a banking client for a web application so he’s familiar with the industry. Great with leading a technical team, currently handles four engineers but has handled six engineers before. |
