| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He graduated from XXXX with Bachelor of Computer Science. He has been working with several jobs mainly within software industry. He initially started working in things like website development and went into more cloud development and big infrastructure developments. Latest position he had was with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where he managed a team of five and do end-to-end call center management all in the AWS cloud. He was mainly responsible there for building a very reliable cloud-based solution for them in AWS CDK, he also worked with architecting migration from DynamoDB tables as well as RDS for different scenarios. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java Spring in terms of technology, along with AWS Cloud. He’s also very good with MySQL and in terms of his interpersonal skills, he can communicate well unlike most software engineers. He makes sure that he communicates as early as possible and addressed anything that needs to be addressed. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Graduated with Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering. He has more than 5 years of experience with Java Springboot and also SQL Servers, considers himself strong with these technologies.
