He has almost 9 years of experience in software development, mostly in the backend side; he also have experience in full stack development and UI as well. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Senior Java Developer where he is working for a client, XXXX, he’s exposed with purely backend; he’s involved with new enhancements, bug fixes, and production support, they are also following Agile methodology there. Before this, he has experience with various domain such as telecom, healthcare, financial banking, online, ecommerce, and retail banking as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be full stack development, especially backend side. He’s good with designing a particular module, feature, and knows of the consequences that it may have on the whole application or system. He’s bit moving from development to design perspective as well; in terms of programming languages, he has mostly used Java for backend. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 9 years of experience in development, mostly in backend using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 4, and for the databases, he’s good with Redis, MySQL, and cloud-based databases as well.
