| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is a full stack developer for about 10+ years and has mostly worked on Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the frontend and Java, Spring, Hibernate for the backend; in terms of databases, he is good with SQL and Oracle. He is currently working with XXXX as a Lead Full Stack Developer, he is now working as a backend developer where he had to create stories in JIRA and assign them to junior developers for development, create Docker images as well for the deployment of the application. He is handling both production development and deployment, also writes Restful APIs for front end consumption together with business logic, and SQL queries to fetch and store the data into database. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be backend development although he is also keen with frontend development. For backend, he is strongest with Java and Spring Boot since he mostly use these for web application development; he rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both and has been using them for 10+ years now. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 10+ years of experience in software development and has been using for Java Spring Boot since the start of his career.
