| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career into solid development focused jobs back in 2015. He used to work in different positions like ERP technician and some consultancy as well. Then he started to work in Java backend with XXXX where he worked with several teams such as patching teams and support team, they developed a quality management system there using Java/J2EE. After that, he moved to Saudi Arabia and joined XXXX as a Java Developer where they again developed and customized CMS using J2EE and JavaScript/Query. His previous role is with XXXX as a Java Developer again where he also handled CMS based on IBM technologies, mostly using Java, Spring boot, and React. He is currently with XXXX as again working on some React front end and Spring boot backend projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java backend coding and troubleshooting. Also have a very strong experience with SQL statements and good skills in JavaScript as well. Most of his greatest strengths are within backend. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 9+ years of experience in Java backend development but has around 20 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
