| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has overall 10+ years of experience in the tech industry, he started off as a Java Developer and Mobile Developer for XXXX and also a Software Developer for XXXX. For the last 7 years, he was working under XXXX as a Technical Lead and he was outsourced in XXXX where he is the Development Team Lead currently. He’s handling the contact center solution starting from infrastructure servers and network, they are also doing integration with core banking system to allow customers to check their data in their application. Aside from being a technical lead, he is also handling some of their customers, taking requirements and cooperating them with the sales team. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be team management aside from his technical skills, he knows how and which tasks to give them for them to get the job done. He is still involved with some coding but not as heavily as before since he is now a technical lead and have members under him to delegate tasks with. He is strongest with Java since they mostly use this for their projects, also have created some projects in Spring Boot before. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has overall experience of about 10+ years in the IT industry. Has 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and also SQL servers although not much Flutter experience yet. He also has experience with banking domain and is currently working with a credit card company. Has the ability to lead people, he’s currently managing a fixed number of 3 people which can go up to 6 or 7 depending on their projects. |
