Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Finished an engineering undergrad degree and also did his MBA in one of the best schools in India. After his graduation, worked a few years into multiple different roles; he started off as a software developer then as a business analyst then into consulting because of his main knowledge in banking, he joined XXXX. Previously, he’s with XXXX acting as an Account Manager where he worked on five different accounts based out of the US, he was the primary owner for those accounts. He ensured that their customers are getting the necessary support and maintains their agreement with them as well; he also worked closely in building up relationship with them and hosts monthly, quarterly business review where they try to understand the project and value proposition so that they can curate path for expansion and growth. He also maintained the operational business development and help renew the scope of work service agreement as well as other documentations. His major role in this one is mostly sales and business development. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be data management activities and since he’s now working as an account manager and business development manager, he’s more into creating value proposition for customers for any of their services such as data engineering, application data, and maintenance. He also does still have the knowledge in technical side although he also have a delivery person that he communicates with technically along with customers. |
