| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has completed his Master’s Degree last 2018 and has been in the testing field for around 5+ years now. He is currently working with an insurance domain company called XXXX as a QA Manual Tester where they are working on an insurance product for motor third party health claims, payment-related/budget-related applications, and leads management systems for one of their applications as well as worked on KYC applications. He is mostly doing manual testing but also have work on some automation tools for few of his projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be functional testing including understanding business requirements, check if they have the modules for production, and has strong knowledge doing regression testing, non-functional testing, and sanity smoke. He also believes he has strong experience in delivering good quality software to their clients. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has about 5+ years of experience in QA/Software testing, and has a bit of experience in automation testing as well since he is mostly focused on manual testing for recent projects. He also has experience with Selenium with Java, Postman for API integrations/testing, and different testing methodologies. Also is knowledgeable in using Jira for bug tracking; one of his clients is involved with AI products/services so he’s quite familiar in this area as well. Good with Agile development environment. |
