| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is currently working with XXXX as a Quality Analyst where they are working mostly on security solutions, making iOS and mobile applications as well, mostly Java-based projects. On a daily basis, they are using different technologies and tools such as Java, TestNG OpenWeb framework and he is involved with different testing such as regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and API testing. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Quality Analyst as well where they are doing CRM projects with the use of Salesforce, also AI projects for students and teachers. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be automation testing with the use of Selenium and Java, also using Postman for API testing. He’s good with load testing, functional testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 3+ years of experience in software testing especially automation testing as well. He is well-versed with Selenium, Cypress, and other test automation tools since he has been using them in current and previous role. Most of the time, they are using different bug tracking tool depending on the project needs such as Jira, Microsoft Azure, and Github; also good with Agile environment already. Proficient with AI and LLMs since he has been involved in AI projects for the past two roles. |
