| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He currently has about 24+ years of experience of core IT Infrastructure experience which includes managing complex projects and programs, data center migrations, cloud migration initiatives, service desks, and working on the RFP. He started working for XXXX as a Customer Support Engineer where he was working on different versions of Windows installation, configuration, and management. After that, he joined XXXX as a Quality Mentor and a Track Lead for XXXX. After many years of stay there, he joined XXXX as a Project Manager and went back to XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where he was leading a team of 40+ people there both onshore and offshore to transform/migrate about 750+ servers. He is currently a Program Manager for XXXX where he is streamlining project monitoring, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders as well. He has managed and handled successful projects for XXXX as well and was able to work on successful transitions and transformations. 2.
