He started his career with XXXX as a Programmer Analyst where he was involved in automation/innovation of things, resolving tickets from the client side, and mostly supporting the development team. After that, moved to XXXX as a Software Engineer where he was involved in creating product, service modules mostly on the insurance side. He then did his MBA where he learned a lot of things about marketing yourself, your product, and such things. Then, he got into XXXX by XXXX as a Product Manager where he was mostly creating Jira tickets, tracking those tickets, getting requirement from clients, and presenting reports to them. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills would be his good communication skills and can communicate with clients, internal/external stakeholders, and on the vendor’s side as well. He’s also good with selling products and is good with presenting his products to customers, can find lots of leads as well. Has great leadership skills as well that makes him a good candidate for a manager/lead role. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He’s currently seeking for Product Manager roles, also open for Scrum Master and Account Manager roles; would revolve around the IT industry.
