| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has overall 18+ years of experience in the IT industry and started as a Developer slowly grown into portfolio management; he has worked with different technologies in different domains, most of his 10 years are spent in banking domain and the other 8-9 years, he’s been into HRMS domain including ERP and logistics. He has worked in product management, product construction, and product implementation, also has worked with different projects including website building, mobile building, and customer migration and implementation projects. He also has experience managing different stakeholders and has worked with Canadian, American, Singaporean, and Middle East (Egyptian, Gulf) customers. In terms of certification, he is a PMP certified and also did PRINCE2 since he worked with some UK clients; has Scrum Master certification and knowledgeable with other methodologies such as Scrum, Kamban, and Agile. Also have Lean Six Sigma and Oracle database certified, have engaged with some data architect and data modelling; apart from that, he has worked on some technical stuff using Java and different framework such as Spring Boot, delivered data operational risk data to some banks and managing data scientists in his projects as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
