| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career in marketing and advertising field, so he was a Sales Executive for XXXX and after that moved to the tech side and joined XXXX as a Sales Lead where he set up the sales team and marketing strategies. And then he moved to XXXX as a Business Analyst where he moved from a non-technical support role to a technical role; he mostly did project management, product development, and touched UI/UX as well. He’s pretty familiar with Figma and JIRA for coordinating works and has experience working with multiple teams; in here, he handled about 3 projects at the same time including ideation till getting UAT from the customers and also worked on feature releases. His last role was with XXXX as a Business Analyst where he also handled the support team, gave inputs and feedbacks for their RFID-based technology products. He was also responsible here for document management system, came up with new features based on customer inputs, handle product/user flow, and also trained the teams of BAs, Junior BAs, and middle level BAs as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management; he’s also good with setting up process requirement, documentation, and in terms of the tools and technologies, he’s proficient with JIRA for project tracking, Figma for UI/UX designing, also has knowledge with AdobeXD and Microsoft Office Suite. |
