| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has over 2 decades of experience with semiconductors, he started off with XXXX as a Test and Product Engineer where he was doing digital and analog designing; they tried to bridge both digital and analog mixed signals during his time here. After that, he did his Masters and joined several startups afterwards including XXXX as a Senior/Lead Engineer, also was a Senior Principal Engineer for XXXX, and Design Manager for XXXX where he got his wide experience of both IP, chip and system level designs. He also was with XXXX as their Co-Founder and Engineering Director, he was doing power module solutions for AMD and Intel here. After this, he was a training consultant and technical consultant for multiple OEMs and various startups where he was doing design consultancy for semiconductor companies in the field of optical modules, multiphase power delivery & 5G/AI products; he was also teaching engineers on the automotive electronics front. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be chip-level technical and program management since he has been doing lots of these for the past years. He was also involved with rest of the subsystems either digital, analog mixed signals and making sure that the complete chips falls in place when it comes to design, verification, and layout. He is also an individual contributor but designs and verifies some subsystems to completion. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 20+ years of overall experience in the semiconductor industry working with both digital and analog mixed signals design. He was involved previously with the whole product development cycle of their analog chips and also was involved with designing, verifying, and such.
